Game Design Meets Education: Behind the Scenes of the Mathfinder App

Math is all around us! Learn how researchers from 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 Simmons and 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 Guildhall are integrating Augmented Reality, locations-based tracking, and game-based learning into a new app, Mathfinder, to support students in seeing math all around them — including community sites like the Dallas Zoo.

This podcast features the game development team for the Mathfinder app. The Mathfinder app is funded by a $2.5 million National Science Foundation grant that is a partnership between 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 Simmons and 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 Guildhall. The Guildhall team is led by Dr. Elizabeth Stringer.
