DART Access Pass Renewal for 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 Employees

The University offers discounted annual DART transit passes to benefits-eligible 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 employees.

The University will subsidize the cost of a DART local or regional pass by $400 on a prorated basis for employees who do not have an 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 parking permit.  To help further offset the cost of DART transit passes, benefits-eligible 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 employees may choose to pay for their annual DART transit pass through payroll deduction on a pre-tax basis.

The DART local transit pass annual rate will be discounted $120 for a total cost of $600 for employees who purchased a DART annual transit pass.  If you do not have an 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 parking permit the cost will be further discounted $400 for a total cost of $200. 

The regional transit pass annual rate will be discounted $240 for a total cost of $1,200 for employees who purchased a DART annual transit pass,  If you do not have an 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 parking permit the cost will be further discounted $400 for a total cost of $960. 

To order your DART Transit Pass.  Please go to the Parking and ID Card Services Office website at https://magiccirclemime.com/parkingservices and log in with your 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 ID and password.  Please only fill out the form if you are a benefits-eligible 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 employee and choose to have the cost of your annual transit pass payroll deducted. This option is avaiable from  October 1st through October 31st each year.

• Select “Permits” and “Get Permits” from the pull down at the top of the screen and choose your permit
• Click next
• Choose the DART pass you want. "DGP" for the GoPass App and "DT" for the transit card.
• Select the acknowledgement statement and select next
• Confirm your selection and click next
• Select acknowledgement for Payroll Deduction
• Your order is complete.

Your annual DART transit pass will be activated through DART’s mobiles GoPass ticketing application automatically at the start of the new calendar year once your order has been processed. 

Employee DART orders will only be accepted during the open enrollment period in October for benefits eligible employees. 

Employees pending open enrollment or not benefits eligible for the 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 DART pass may purchase their transit use directly from DART. Varied options are available Fares (dart.org).
