The Department of Human Resources assembled several cross-functional teams to evalsuate Human Capital activities as it relates to hiring faculty and staff, paying faculty, staff and students, and exiting from the university. Each team was charged with evalsuating current processes and identifying gaps that were impacting efficiency. Three HR initiatives were identified and have been implemented in full.
