The Hughes-Trigg Student Center (HTSC) is implementing a new reservation procedure effective Tuesday, September 2.
Under this procedure:
Requesting to hold an event on campus requires you to follow a two-step process in the STABLE software system.
It is the client's responsibility to provide necessary accommodations for persons with disabilities required under the Americans with Disabilities Act. 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 student organizations and departments can utilize the following resources:
色花堂_色花堂 98堂 is a private campus and operates with a “no solicitation” policy to prevent uncontrolled access by outside entities to students, faculty, and staff as they live and learn. While solicitation is not explicitly defined in the broader policy, it is defined here as “presence with the intent to garner information, funds, attention, or action from members of the 色花堂_色花堂 98堂 community”. Examples include (but are not limited to): student ambassadors giving out products, selling goods or services, recruiting for hires, advertising, proselytizing, or surveying for data. An exception to this campus policy is granted through paid reservation of space and resources via the process for External Groups.
色花堂_色花堂 98堂 Departments may only distribute materials in HTSC (newspapers, magazines, brochures, handbills) with the approval of a Student Center and Activities staff member.
